If you want a fixed IT support budget, then the Platinum plan is right for you with unlimited business hours remote support included. Access our local Service Desk Mondays to Fridays, 8.00am – 5.30pm with oncall support available 24×7
If you need a fixed price IT support solution with unlimited hours of support, the Platinum+ plan includes unlimited remote support, 24 hours x 7 days.
Optional Onsite IT Support
Adhoc Onsite IT Support and Scheduled Maintenance options are also available. Choose from bi-monthly, monthly, fortnightly and weekly onsite visits.

100% Local Service Desk Support
Based in Emu Plains at the foot of the Blue Mountains our Service Desk is staffed by a team of friendly and helpful technicians ready to provide you assistance when you need it. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding Xmas). All first and second level cases are managed directly by the Service Desk, with third level and beyond cases being escalated to our in-house Engineering team.
Free AntiVirus Software
More appropriately called Endpoint Security today, the humble AntiVirus software now provides an extensive array of features including Anti Virus, Malware, Spyware and Ransomware protection. Endpoint Security also provides free website filtering to help protect your systems inside and outside of your network by blocking access to all the nasty stuff. Best of all we will install and support our Endpoint Security at not additional cost to you.
Microsoft Patch Management
Our industry leading remote management system takes care of all Microsoft updates including all critical security updates and general software updates. Updates are personally approved by your dedicated Senior Engineer in conjunction with your onsite visit schedule to help provide a smooth and seamless updating experience.
No Minimum Support Contracts
We’re so sure you’ll love our services we don’t see a need for lengthy tie in contracts. If for some strange reason you’re not happy all we ask for is 30 days notice.
Scheduled Onsite Maintenance Visits
Our team of professional and friendly Senior Engineers can be scheduled to provide onsite support at your business on a Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance visits are charged at a discount to the hourly rates and provide your business with the certainty of an Engineer being available to assist staff onsite.
Free Spam Filtering Protection
Another free inclusion for every managed user we’ll configure and support at no additional cost. A key element in the Milnsbridge Secure Operating Environment (MSOE) with all scanning performed at our Private Cloud facility in Sydney. Besides getting rid of all the annoying spam we also eliminate many other email-borne threats before they even reach your mailbox. Best of all, your staff can mange there own quarantine and whitelists.
Automated System Maintenance
Over 15 years of experience has allowed us to develop a very comprehensive Automated Maintenance Regime to eliminate problems before they begin. Our Management Agents work 24×7 keeping an eye on your systems and ensuring they’re always in perfect running order.
3rd Party Software Patching
In addition to ensuring all Microsoft patching is up to date we also patch a large range of 3rd Party (Non-Microsoft) applications. No more annoying pop-up messages telling you to update anymore. Examples of 3rd Party software updated includes Adobe Acrobat, Java, iTunes, and browsers like Firefox and Chrome are also automatically updated to keep you secure.

All key services are monitored with management agents sending alerts directly to our Service Desk watching over our network 24×7. Most system issues are discovered, alerted and fixed long before a problem exists.
Free Monthly Reporting
You’ll receive an Executive Summary report every month detailing every support case, all monitoring actions, backup successes/fails, system numbers and benchmarking statistics to see how your business is performing compared to the rest of our clients.
Self Healing 24 Hours a Day
Why wait for something to break or for someone to notice a problem when it could already have been fixed. There are a lot of different types of problems that can develop, but over time some problems tend to reappear and can easily be fixed automatically. Our Monitoring Agents are working 24 hours a day to find problems and when they do we’ll immediately commence a Self Healing repair for the most common problems.
Fixed Price Computer Installations
Every Desktop or Laptop we install includes a fixed price fee so you know exactly what the costs are going to be. It doesn’t matter whether it takes 2 hours or 10 hours to setup your new PC you can take comfort in knowing you’ll only pay the one low fixed fee without additional hourly charges. Discounts are provided for bulk installations to save you even more.
