About Adrian
Adrian Weir is the founder and Managing Director of Milnsbridge Managed IT Services, which has supported Sydney businesses since 2002. An Australian National University graduate, he brings more than thirty years of technology experience across organisations including Telstra, Citibank and Unilever, alongside hands-on work with hundreds of Sydney small and medium-sized businesses.
Adrian approaches technology through the realities of running and supporting businesses. His focus is on what organisations need to keep their systems reliable, secure and useful, and how technical decisions affect the people expected to work with them.
For the Milnsbridge AI-readiness series, Adrian brings practical business and managed-service experience to questions about where AI belongs, what organisations are ready to adopt, and how new technology can be introduced responsibly in day-to-day work. He leads Milnsbridge's Sydney-based team delivering managed IT, cyber security and cloud services across Greater Sydney.
