How is managed IT pricing calculated

Pricing is per seat, per month. A seat generally aligns to a user with managed devices and support coverage. The estimate applies the 10 seat minimum.

What does the 10 seat minimum mean

If you have fewer than 10 users, the monthly minimum still applies. This supports a consistent service baseline, monitoring, reporting, and operational overhead.

What is included in the managed IT plans

Each plan includes a defined baseline of managed services. Support hours and response targets are published in the pricing specification and the Pricing and SLA page.

Do you offer 24x7 support

Unlimited 24x7 coverage is included in Enhanced. For Core and Growth, 24x7 coverage is available as a paid add-on, with business-hours support included by default.

Do you offer month to month contracts

We offer flexible terms depending on scope, environment, and commercial requirements. We will outline inclusions, exclusions, and term options as part of the proposal.

Is onboarding included in the monthly price

No. Onboarding is typically a once-off project scoped to your environment so we can set a stable baseline, confirm security controls, and transition without disruption.

Do you support Microsoft 365 licensing and device procurement

Yes. We can supply and manage Microsoft 365 licensing, as well as procurement, configuration and lifecycle management for business devices.

Can you tailor the plan to our environment

Yes. We keep plan pricing clear, then scope upgrades and projects separately where your environment requires it. This avoids hidden costs and unclear inclusions.
