Are there setup fees?

Yes - onboarding includes documentation, agent deployment, and security baseline configuration. Onboarding is typically $1,250-$4,500 depending on environment complexity.

What's the contract term?

12-month agreements. Annual price review: greater of 5% or CPI.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your per-seat rate adjusts from the next billing cycle.

What's NOT included?

Project work (migrations, new deployments), third-party licence costs, and hardware purchases are quoted separately. Day-to-day managed IT support and security are included in your per-seat plan.
