We monitor your endpoints, servers, network devices, and cloud services 24/7/365 across all plans. Our monitoring platform tracks system health, performance, disk space, patch status, security agent status, and backup success. Patching & Maintenance

Keeping systems patched is one of the most effective security controls available. We manage operating system and third-party application patching on a structured schedule. All plans include endpoint detection and response (EDR) and cloud-hosted email security as standard. A seat is one employee with a managed device and a Microsoft 365 licence. Each seat includes full managed IT coverage — help desk, monitoring, security, and maintenance for that user’s devices and accounts. Additional options are available for workers who only require Microsoft 365 support and for functional devices.
All plans have a 10 seat minimum.
Standard term is 12 months with no lock-in after that. We earn your business every month.
Typical onboarding takes 2–4 weeks and is scoped to your environment. Onboarding is a once-off project fee so we can set a stable baseline, confirm security controls, and transition without disruption.
